- I am an employee benefits consultant with R C Insurance Services in Hartland, WI. I specialize in working with non-profits and have started a non-profit department at RC where we provide additional resources that help non-profits be successful. I have made it my goal to be a resource for non-profit organizations and hope to make a difference in the greater Milwaukee area. There are so many non-profits that are doing critical work and bringing peace into so many people's lives. I want to help these organizations in any way possible. My backround is in church ministry where I was a pastor at a large evangelical church. After 11 years I made a transition and nowo am developing my own non-profit called the "Iona Faith Community". The goal of Iona is to draw people who are turned off by the church, into an open dialogue about faith and into a posture of service in the community. I love to read books and am a Connoisseur of coffee and wine. I have two incredible sons Cam (7) and Cooper (3) along with my wonderful wife of 12 years, Kim.
